“Sober” has changed my life. I rewrote some of the words to tell my story about dealing with self harm. My biggest dream is to look Demi in the eyes and tell her that she is not alone, tell her that she IS a phenomenal role model because she is such an honest person. I love her for the random little things about her like her interest in aliens. Not for her fame or accomplishments… I am absolutely proud of her for those things but I’m most proud of her for her strength. Demi, I hear your cry for true love like Jesus has in “Sober” and I want you to know that I am here for you
